Dr. Rolf Kowanz is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Hamburg and heads the German Pensions and Benefits Group. He is a Certified Specialist in Labour and Employment Law.
Rolf has over 20 years' experience in national and cross-border restructurings, acquisitions, redundancies, outsourcing projects and negotiations with works councils and unions on all collective bargaining issues. In addition, he focuses on advising national and international companies regarding company pension law and employer-related social security issues.
