Stephan is a Partner in the litigation and dispute management group in our Hamburg office. He specializes in complex international disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals.

Stephan focuses on commercial and corporate law disputes, in particular post-M&A, shareholder and D&O disputes. He also has profound experience in international trade and plant construction disputes. Stephan’s arbitration experience includes domestic and international ad-hoc proceedings as well as proceedings under the rules of arbitration institutions such as ICC and DIS.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in February 2019, Stephan was a Salary Partner at Taylor Wessing.
