Dr. Matthias Heisse is a partner in the Munich office of Eversheds Sutherland and global head of the firm’s Diversified Industrials Sector Group.

In his practice, Matthias specialises in mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions. He has experience in numerous national and international company restructurings, financings and reorganizations. His clients include international conglomerates, listed companies as well as financial investors and banks, which he advises in all questions concerning corporate law and, in particular, with regard to annual stockholder meetings. Moreover, Matthias is member of several supervisory boards and arbitrator in disputes concerning capital market and corporate law.
