Fernando Molina specializes in mergers & acquisitions, project finance and corporate finance.

Career

He is dual qualified in the State of New York and Peru. He advises companies, sponsors, financial and multilateral entities on infrastructure and energy projects finance, as well as operations involving stock market regulation and public takeover bids.

He participates in the development of acquisition and sale processes, particularly projects and the design and implementation of corporate and structured financing. He further assists clients with the review of compliance related matters resulting from acquisitions and financings, especially in connection with insfrastructure projects.

Fernando was an associate at Clifford Chance in Washington for three years, participating in financing and acquisition operations in Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, United States, Philippines, Turkey, Russia and Central America. In 2006,  he was seconded to the infrastructure group of General Electric & Co. in Stamford, Connecticut. He is professor in the Corporation Law Master Program of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
