Charles Cardon is a partner in the Corporate Department and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, for both listed and non-listed companies, as well as in LBO transactions. In private equity, Charles has significant experience in advising funds and founders in a wide range of transactions, including LBO and stock exchange related implications, such as PtoPs and IPO exits. He advises public companies in the context of their takeover bids (as advisor of target companies, bidders, or shareholders), governance matters, disclosure requirements, and relationships with shareholders as well as corporate law matters. Damien Fenard is Of Counsel in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Paris office.
