In April 2023, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP strengthened its M&A practice with the arrival of M&A and private equity expert Florian Harder from Shearman & Sterling LLP, who acts from the firm's newly opened Munich office and jointly leads its corporate business transaction team with Christian Zschocke.
