Mark Rajbenbach has over two decades of experience advising clients on corporate real estate and commercial property matters. He is recognised, among other things, for his client focus and high degree of commercial acumen that allows him to make judgement calls beyond the normal breadth of the legal profession.

Mark guides clients through all aspects of commercial and corporate issues including, investment sales and purchases and leases, structured acquisitions and disposals, real estate joint ventures, and corporate real estate transactions.

Mark also has a deep knowledge of the hotels and leisure and logistics sector, where he advises on hotel portfolio sales and purchases, hotel leases and management agreements, and sale and leaseback and sale and management-back transactions.
