Dr. Corinna Freudenmacher works as an associate in the Corporate Department of our Munich office, advising corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

Prior to joining our team as an associate, Corinna completed her legal training in the Corporate Department of our office in Munich, another major international law firm, and in the legal department of a large international company in Munich.
