Dr. Sönke Bock is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office. He advises financial and strategic investors on domestic and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions as well as co-investments and management participations.

Sönke studied law and economics at the University of Bayreuth. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, he worked as a law clerk in Latham’s Corporate Department in Frankfurt and New York. While pursuing his doctorate, he gained experience working in the Frankfurt office of another US law firm.
