Thea Dodwell is an associate in the firm’s Special Situations, Credit & Trading Practice Group. Her practice focuses on a wide range of complex finance transactions, including real estate finance, special situations and litigation funding. She has acted for a broad range of clients, including private equity funds, corporate borrowers and high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Thea was part of the Finance Group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she gained experience in sponsor-led leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings in private equity and infrastructure, portfolio company financings and fund facilities.
