Tobias G. Plowman is an associate in the firm’s International Transactions Practice Group. Toby has experience advising clients on a wide variety of transactional matters, including representing private equity funds in relation to acquisitions and disposals in the hospitality and retail sectors, alternative asset classes, and litigation funding.

Toby is listed as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 for M&A Smaller Deals, £10M-£100M.
