Stephen Wallace is an associate in the firm’s International Transactions Practice Group. His practice focusses on advising corporate organizations in the areas of M&A, venture capital, and renewable energy.

Stephen has advised investors, founders, and companies in the technology sector on a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganizations, and investments. Stephen has also advised investment funds in the renewable energy sector.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Stephen was an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
