IP, Technology and Commercial Contracts

Benjamin practices in the fields of intellectual property law, including trademarks, patents, database and copyrights and design rights. He advises international clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as assist them in IP and IT heavy transactional and restructuring work.

Benjamin is experienced in negotiating and drafting a wide range of (international) commercial contracts, such as distribution, outsourcing, manufacturing and supply chain agreements.

Benjamin has registered the following principal legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

- Contract Law (Verbintennissenrecht); and - Intellectual Property (Intellectuele Eigendom)

Based on this registration, Benjamin van Kessel is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
