Carolina provides legal consultancy and advisory services to clients in the field of Intellectual Property, with a focus on trademark and copyright law. Since 2018, she has worked at renowned law firms specializing in Intellectual Property and Media & Entertainment, representing major national and international companies across various sectors. In addition to assisting and advising on all stages of the trademark registration process, from defining strategies to conducting clearance searches, Carolina also manages brand portfolios, ensuring their protection and value. Her practice further includes advising on significant due diligence operations concerning Intellectual Property matters, negotiating licenses and copyright assignments, technology transfer agreements, and other Intellectual Property-related consultations.

Holds a Bachelor of Laws from IBMEC (2021), and has completed a specialization in Intellectual Property through an academic summer program at Harvard Law School (2019). He also holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2024) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Digital Law at Instituto de Tecnologia e Sociedade (ITS-UERJ), in Rio de Janeiro.
