The firm represents a wide range of Latin American financial institutions along with the Latin American arms of international banks and also advises a large number of sovereign states and state-owned enterprises. It remains closely associated with distressed debt, infrastructure finance and financings led by agency lenders and DFIs; and is also frequently engaged on regulatory matters linked to licensing issues and acquisitions of US-based financial institutions.
