Conor specialises in corporate law, advising businesses and shareholders on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and shareholders’ agreements. His experience includes acting on complex sale and purchase transactions. Conor takes a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, ensuring clients receive clear, strategic advice aligned with their business objectives.

Conor worked as a corporate paralegal for 3 years before undertaking his 2 year training contract. He qualified as a solicitor in February 2024 at a boutique West End London firm before joining the Moorcrofts Corporate team, where he continues to build his expertise in corporate and commercial law.
