Ellie Crespi

Ellie practises BVI and Cayman laws and advises on all elements of corporate, capital markets and banking transactions as well as restructurings. Her clients include leading onshore law firms, private equity investors, major international financial institutions, listed and private companies and British Virgin Islands statutory and public bodies. She is the firm's Managing Partner in the BVI.

Joshua Hamlet

Joshua is a Senior Associate in the BVI team. He has a growing litigation practice ranging from commercial disputes to public law issues. He has experience at the oral and written advocacy experience before the High Court and Court of Appeal. He has assisted with matters before the Privy Council.
