A partner in Ogier in Luxembourg's Funds team, Milan heads Ogier's German Desk and advises clients from the DACH region on all Luxembourg law matters relating to investment funds. Milan is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. He specialises in fund formation and capital raising, with experience in fund financing. Milan advises clients on all matters related to Luxembourg investment funds, across a wide range of regulatory matters. He focuses on setting up regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds investing in asset classes including real estate, private equity and debt. He assists clients with contemplated investments in Luxembourg funds and has expertise in fund financing on both the lender and borrower side.
