Hélène has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and fund litigation, shareholder disputes (in pre-litigation and litigation contexts), directors' liabilities, acquisition litigation, enforcement proceedings and debt recovery, as well as restructuring and insolvency.

She frequently speaks at conferences and writes about corporate law for law journals. Hélène also provides regular training at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and is a member of their #ReAct programme, which provides support for Luxembourg businesses.

Prior to joining Ogier’s Luxembourg Legal team, Hélène worked for other major international law firms in Luxembourg.

Hélène is fluent in English and French (native speaker) and has a good knowledge of Luxembourgish.

She holds a master's degree in Business Law from the University of Aix Marseille III and an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow.
