Services include, but are not limited to, domiciliation, corporate structuring, fund administration, fund accounting, and tax compliance support. In addition to this exciting development, Mourant has also set up MourantGS Services      S.à r.l. to enable the firm to provide a range of standalone services including company secretarial services, accounting and liquidation mandates.
