Thomas Allain

Thomas is Counsel in our Luxembourg Corporate and Finance practice and specialises in banking and finance work. He has over a decade of experience in all types of international and domestic financing transactions, including fund finance, asset finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance. Thomas has a particular focus on structured finance and frequently advises on regulated and non-regulated securitisation transactions, as well as on capital markets issues, where his areas of focus encompass debt issuance and listing. Thomas is also regularly involved in restructuring matters and has a wide experience in the enforcement of security interests.

Romain Bordage

Romain is Counsel in our Luxembourg office. His practice focuses primarily on working with real estate and private equity fund promoters in connection with fund launches, restructurings, investment holding structures and associated related regulatory matters. Romain also has a broader expertise in legal, regulatory, corporate and contractual aspects relevant to the fund, banking and insurance industries, and assists on cross-border transactions, including marketing authorisations, acquisitions, reorganisations, establishment, and closure of branches and representative offices.

Additionally, she acts as local counsel for leading international asset managers, providing tailored solutions aligned with local regulations and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg law. Lara guides clients through the complexities of European investment fund regulations, assisting them in making informed strategic decisions.

Eléonore Galleron

Eléonore is Counsel and admitted to the bar in Luxembourg. She is a tax law specialist and advises investment funds and multinational companies on structured finance in the context of M&A, real estate and private equity. Eléonore's work also includes advising high net worth individuals and family offices on the tax structuring of investments and estates. She regularly assists clients with tax compliance issues and tax disputes.
