Thomas is Counsel in our Luxembourg Corporate and Finance practice and specialises in banking and finance work. He has over a decade of experience in all types of international and domestic financing transactions, including fund finance, asset finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance. Thomas has a particular focus on structured finance and frequently advises on regulated and non-regulated securitisation transactions, as well as on capital markets issues, where his areas of focus encompass debt issuance and listing. Thomas is also regularly involved in restructuring matters and has a wide experience in the enforcement of security interests.
