He has extensive experience in representing clients in arbitration proceedings and developing strategies for resolving commercial disputes. He has been involved in many high-profile international arbitrations, particularly those involving bilateral investment treaty disputes on both, state and investor side. He has acted as a counsel and an arbitrator under various rules. He is the author of various publications on commercial and arbitration law. In 2018–2025, he was the President of ICC Poland.
