(Assets Holdco S.A.) in criminal and associated civil (asset tracing and recovery) proceedings in connection with the multi-million leasing fraud committed by a number of interrelated companies belonging to a cross-border crime group, misappropriating construction equipment, the leasing of which was financed by the client.
