Representing Orange Polska S.A., supplier of telecoms services in Poland, in two cases involving claims filed by P4 sp. z o.o. against Orange Polska S.A. and Polkomtel sp. z o.o. (with participation of T-Mobile Polska S.A.) for compensation in connection with accusations made against Orange Polska S.A. and Polkomtel sp. z o.o. of abuse of their collective dominant position.
