Position

Caroline has a solid track record of providing pragmatic, commercial solutions to difficult advisory matters, including disciplinary issues involving regulated or board level employees, business restructures and challenging employee relations issues (in particular where there are allegations of discrimination or whistleblowing). She also has significant litigation expertise and regularly advises on claims in the employment tribunal and high court.

Additionally, Caroline is head of the Women’s Leadership Initiative in London and co-leader of the initiative throughout Europe, as well as being a member of the global Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee, which focuses on developing and retaining women leaders at every level of the firm.

Caroline is co-head of the firm’s international practice and the firm’s French desk. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and has successfully completed the CII’s Award in London Market Insurance.

Career

Caroline trained at Magic Circle firm Slaughter and May, qualifying into the employment and pensions department in 2010. She joined Littler as an Associate in 2011 and joined the partnership in 2019, having spent time in-house on secondment at both Marsh & McLennan Companies and Citibank.
