Since joining the firm in March 2021 alongside James Pheasant, James has been the lead Associate in the Bristol Litigation Team.  He has been vital in expanding the size and breadth of the cases that team handle, with a particular emphasis on complex and novel disputes in the Financial Services industry and in property disputes. The team has built a reputation for finding creative solutions to manage commercial risks, protect relationships, and achieve business goals.
