Julian also has extensive experience in family law dealing with a broad spectrum of matters including divorce , financial matters , children matters , separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements , postnuptial agreements and financial provision for children of unmarried couples or civil partnerships and gay marriage. Julian understands that divorce and separation is a difficult time in an individual's life and does his best to ensure that his advice and approach assists and does not inflame a tricky situation. His approach is best described as "aggressive pragmatism". He believes his ability to review cases and impose a workable strategy is what assists his clients achieve their objectives which is increasingly to negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement. Julian is the lead partner at the Hampstead and London Bridge offices.

Stuart has over 17 years of experience as a family lawyer at a city firm and a boutique international family law firm. His caseload combines domestic financial and child arrangements work with specialisms in the international aspects of divorce and cross-border finances.

Anna-Laura’s practice includes divorce and complex financial matters involving trusts, companies, especially family businesses, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial or civil partnership agreements and cohabitation. She advises regularly in relation to issues involving children with an awareness of the importance of finding a child-focused solution whilst at the same time supporting clients through a sensitive and painful time. A large proportion of her work is cases involving an international element with countries ranging from America, Europe, India and the Middle East. She also has expertise in children and financial cases involving allegations of coercive and controlling or other abusive behaviour and addictions.

Rupi has extensive experience of dealing with financial issues on a relationship breakdown, including assets located abroad. This includes drafting and advising on pre nuptial and post nuptial agreements. She has expertise in advising on police and military pensions, having represented all levels of officers over the past 15 years. She has successfully represented many clients in contested Child Arrangements proceedings, including defending Leave to Remove applications and Schedule 1 proceedings.
