The cost of acquisition ranges between ₹59.30 Crore to ₹77.10 Crore for the 60% stake, subject to adjustments for net debt, normalized working capital, and achievement of certain conditions. The acquisition is expected to accelerate Ace Cardiopathy's growth by leveraging Entero Healthcare's established distribution network and market reach.
