Stephanie is a highly regarded Private Client Solicitor with over 12 years’ experience advising individuals, families and trustees across Dundee, Perthshire and rural Scotland. She is a key member of the department, heading up the private Client Trust Administration and Compliance team.

Stephanie plays a central role in guiding clients through complex matters of succession, wealth protection, and trust governance. Her practice is particularly focused on supporting farmers, landowners, and rural business owners in planning for the future, with a detailed understanding of Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief. Stephanie advises on the establishment, taxation, and ongoing management of family trusts, charitable trusts, and personal injury trusts, ensuring that clients receive both technically robust and pragmatic advice tailored to their unique circumstances.

Stephanie’s client base includes individuals and family landowners, farmers, high net worth individuals, and trustees of both private and charitable trusts. She brings particular insight and depth of experience in succession planning for rural businesses, offering bespoke strategies that reflect the commercial, familial, and emotional considerations inherent in land-based enterprises. Her expertise in trust taxation and the efficient structuring of high-value estates is widely recognised by both clients and peers.
