John handles commercial acquisitions and sales, and has expertise in commercial leasing, acting for both investor landlords and occupational tenants.
Additionally,  John regularly handles property transactions in the rural environment, including renewable energy projects, rural diversification, title registrations and community buy- outs of land. His commercial experience has benefited a number of his clients in the rural sector , ranging from farmers, estate owners and commercial developers.

He also acts for a number of charities and advises them on property  acquisitions, leases and charity law compliance.

John has presented to professional bodies and clients on land reform issues and commercial leasing.
