Described as an ‘experienced and effective litigator’ he specialises in arbitration and commercial litigation arising in respect to sale and purchase contracts, supply chain and distribution issues, disputes and risk management in the logistics, insurance, shipping and commodities sectors. He regularly acts in a wide range of high value general business disputes, many of which are cross-border. He jointly heads the firm’s Transport & Logistics team and is a former barrister retaining higher rights of audience.

Catherine is a partner in the highly regarded Court of Protection team at Thomson Snell and Passmore, and a Director in the firm's trust corporation. She specialises in deputyship work with particular experience in complex brain injury cases. She manages high value clinical negligence and personal injury damages awards on behalf of clients and deals with all aspects of Court of Protection work, including gift and statutory will applications. Rosie acts as an expert witness and prepares reports for litigation lawyers, commenting on costs in Court of Protection cases.
