Tamsin is a partner in the Real Estate Disputes Team. She has more than 20 years experience supporting both owners and occupiers on all contentious property matters, including dilapidations, lease renewals, break notices, forfeiture, defaulting tenants, rent arrears and eviction of squatters and tenants.

Tamsin joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2026 from Knights, where she was a Partner in the Property Litigation team, joining in 2022. Prior to that, she spent time at Coffin Mew and Downs Solicitors.

Tamsin is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, where she is a member of the committee for equality and diversity.

Tamsin graduated with a degree in law and completed her Bar Vocational Course in 2001 at the Inns of Court School of Law. She subsequently cross qualified as a solicitor and was admitted in 2006.
