Mr Do Trong Hai is the managing partner of Bizlink Lawyers and works in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. He is a member of the National Council of Lawyers – Vietnam Bar Federation, vice chairman of Supervision Committee of Vietnam Bar Federation, executive member of Vietnam Business Lawyers Club and a listed arbitrator of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

With years of legal experience and acting as the team leader in a large number of cases, transactions and projects, Mr Do Trong Hai has acquired extensive and in-depth expertise in legal practice in Vietnam. His position has been high-ranked and proven through his valuable advice and consultancy for hundreds of clients over the past two decades.

Mr Nguyen Duc Manh is a Hanoi-based partner of the firm and heads the dispute resolution team. He has retained experience and been involved in dozens of major dispute cases of all sizes in both arbitration and litigation. Beside his major expertise in dispute resolution, Mr Manh is actively involved in providing legal advice to both local and foreign clients. He is also involved in banking and finance transactions, employment and bidding. He possesses a unique combination of a deep understanding of corporate legal issues and excellent legal skills which enable him to attain many wins for his clients.

Mr Nguyen The Hung is a Hanoi-based senior counsel and is in charge of the banking and finance team of the firm. Mr Hung has vast experience in advising both domestic and international clients including commercial banks and insurance companies in relation to various legal issues in sectors of banking, finance, insurance, capital market, debt structure, organization and operation of enterprises, dispute resolution. At present, Mr. Nguyen The Hung is in charge of advising and providing legal services in the sectors of banking and finance; corporate and commercial; real estate and construction; bidding; and dispute resolution.

Being in charge of the corporate and investment team in the Hanoi office, Mrs Tran Thi Ngan provides legal advice on daily operations and all aspects of enterprises, including but not limited to internal procedures, contracts, labor and employment, tax and fees; import-export and customs, anti-competition, technology transfer, etc. She also assists clients in preparing documents and applying for licenses and certificates such as project establishment certificates and/or foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam, contractor licenses, work permits, etc. With over 15 years of legal practice, Ms Tran Thi Ngan is always highly appreciated by clients for her responsibility, diligence and especially effective solutions in her legal advice and work efficiency.

Ms Le Thi Hong is a Senior Counsel of Bizlink Lawyers and in charge of Ho Chi Minh City Branch of the firm. Having almost ten years of legal practice, Ms Hong specialises in foreign and domestic investment, licensing and administration services, corporate and compliance. Besides, she has vast experience in bidding and employment matters.
