Alfred’s notable works include a EUR1 billion public infrastructure mediation and leading the setup of 20+ LUX fund operations in Taiwan for a global asset manager with USD3.8 trillion AUM. His public sector background, including work in Judicial Yuan and Legislative Yuan and regulatory research on financial laws, enhances his ability to navigate Taiwan’s legal and policy landscape.
