Senior Associate

Lisa Kung is a senior associate at Liang & Partners holding dual graduate degrees from Harvard Law School and National Taiwan University. Qualified to practise in Taiwan and having passed the New York Bar exam, she specialises in cross-border construction disputes involving parties from countries such as Singapore, India, Australia and Japan. Besides construction, Lisa is also a member of the firm’s finance team, where she has assisted with matters related to investment funds, alternative financial products, REITs and mergers and acquisitions. This combined expertise provides Lisa with deep insights into the dynamic interconnections between finance, construction and investment.
