Our firm traces its history to February 1988 where the practices of founding partners Joseph Tan and Jude Benny were merged and renamed Joseph Tan Jude Benny (JTJB).

JTJB provides specialised legal services in in five cores areas of practice; maritime and shipping, commercial dispute resolution, corporate and corporate secretarial, regulatory and compliance, real estate and conveyancing.  Our firm is a prominent part of the legal landscape in Singapore with an international clientele and reputation.
