Partner with experience in a wide range of banking and financing transactions including PPP, project finance, structured transactions and corporate and leveraged finance. Ros acts on a range of projects acting for both borrowers and lenders, predominantly in the infrastructure sector. In structured finance she is involved in advising on asset finance transactions as well as principal to principal transactions.
