The Bangsar-based team at Chooi & Company is equipped to advise its roster of clients on a variety of mandates, including the due diligence aspects of M&A transactions, cross-jurisdictional share sale and purchase agreements, in addition to joint ventures. Key team members include Jimmy Ng Chwe Hwa, Karen Cheah Yee Lynn, and Lim Tsu Qi, who was promoted to partner in July 2022. Tan Ming-LiYoon Ming Sun, and Yeat Soo Ching left the firm following the separation of the firm from Cheang & Ariff in March 2023.
