Chooi & Company's employment practice handles the full range of advisory and contentious work, representing clients in both the civil courts and the Industrial Court. The practice is co-led by Yap Yeong Hui and Kenson Ong Poh Hong, whose collective expertise covers the employment aspects of M&A and restructurings, internal investigations, and compliance matters.
