With twenty years of experience in real estate, projects, and foreign direct investment across Southeast Asia, Mark D’Alelio is widely recognized for his expertise in advising Thai and international clients on complex, high-value matters in Thailand as well as cross-border, having experience not only worked in Thailand but also Myanmar and Vietnam.

Dispute resolution is a core part of Mark’s practice, involving and managing with his team real estate and labor disputes, while also representing clients in presenting evidence and testimony before the Department of Special Investigations (DSI).

Concerning foreign direct investment, Mark deals on market entry, particularly in the IT and technology sectors, including company formation and securing Board of Investment (BOI) privileges to facilitate long-term investment strategies in Thailand; while domestically he continues to assist Thai landowners and developers in structuring and negotiating management agreements with major international hotel brands, using knowledge of the commercial realities and legal frameworks specific to the hospitality industry.
