She deals with complex divorces/seperation often involving high net worth individuals with or without an international dimension. She has a busy private children law caseload and a special interest in cases involving non-married couples, which involves the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and resolving disputes under TOLATA. She is keen to explore alternative dispute resolution where possible, including mediation and arbitration.

Annabel is a Director in the family team.

Annabel has over twenty years experience in all aspects of family law. She joined Hawkins Family Law in 2014 and became a Director shortly afterwards. She was previously Senior Associates at Taylor Vinters in Cambridge/London. Annabel is a Collaborative lawyer, a family mediator and an Accredited Specialist in cases involving substantial assets and cohabitees.

Annabel is a member of Resolution's Cohabitation Working Party and an Accredited Specialist of Resolution in Complex Finances and Cohabitation. Annabel is also a memeber of Milton Keynes Collaborative POD.
