Robert founded Nichols Law after founding, growing, and serving as co-chair of the Government Contracts practice at Covington & Burling. He previously was a partner at Crowell & Moring LLP and served at the White House, the U.S. Senate, and as a Judge Advocate General in the Army Corps of Engineers.
