Work highlights

Represented Technatomy Corporation in a successful bid protest of the $60.7 billion T4NG2 procurement, resulting in the Department of Veterans’ Affairs correcting its evaluation and granting our client an award on this 10-year IDIQ.
Represented 75 different clients in response to the 2025 foreign aid freezes. Provided a cost-effective, nimble offering to many clients who lost most of their federal revenue and could not afford traditional counsel to navigate stop-work orders, terminations and DEIA prohibitions. Engaged in litigation to successfully force payment of overdue invoices.
Represented Anika Systems Inc in a bid protest in which Nichols Law got the original awardee disqualified, fended off a subsequent challenge to that disqualification, and successfully protested the follow-on award. Resulted in Anika receiving both protest costs and a substantial share of the ultimate task order.
