Main Areas of Practice

The team has litigated over 500 disputes in Federal courts, recovered billions of dollars in claims, brought or defended hundreds bid protests, supported M&A transactions valued at more than $6.5 billion, and navigated hundreds of investigations, False Claims Act cases, and suspension and debarment actions. Nichols Law attorneys regularly practice before the Federal Circuit, Court of Federal Claims, Government Accountability Office, and Federal District Courts.
