Gabriel Hsieh is the Managing Partner of Brainberg Law Firm and a leading practitioner in construction, infrastructure, energy and public procurement law. He advises employers, contractors, developers and investors on complex EPC, PPP/BOT, transportation, airport, offshore wind and LNG projects.
