Cyril-Igor Grigorieff
Dr. Cyril-Igor Grigorieff is a member of the Brussels bar since 2006 and a former member of the Paris bar. He holds the title of accredited Transport Law Specialist, granted by the Brussels and Belgian bar authorities. Cyril-Igor gained experience in matters relating to liability in a multi-jurisdictional environment, in European Union regulatory affairs and in aircraft finance in the course of his career in international law firms. He has also gained inside knowledge working on a secondment basis for an airline.
He is the author of numerous publications in the field of air law. Notably, he has been one of the named contributors to the Belgian Transportation Code since 2010, and the co-editor of the first law book in French on aircraft finance (Le droit du financement des aéronefs, Bruylant, 2017). In 2021, he successfully defended his PhD study on international air law at Leiden University (Uniformity and Fragmentation of the 1999 Montreal Convention on International Air Carrier Liability, Kluwer, 2022) for which he received the best PhD award by the Air and Space Academy. Next to his practice, Cyril-Igor teaches air law, transportation law, and insurance law in various universities including Paris-Saclay University (No 1 in the EU – Shanghai Ranking) and Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Cyril-Igor received many accolades for his work (Who’s Who Legal, Legal 500) and is frequently cited by the Court of Justice of the European Union. He is also regularly invited to speak at industry seminars and on television.
Victor Raeymakers
Victor Raeymakers joined the Brussels Bar in 2023 and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp, where he developed a strong interest in the transportation sector.Before joining Bournonville Grigorieff, Victor gained valuable experience at a major international law firm, working on complex, cross-border legal matters. Victor is fluent in Dutch and English and has a proficient command of French.
Marine Randoux
Marine Randoux joined the Brussels bar in 2022 and holds a Master of Laws from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where she developed a strong interest in corporate law.Before joining Bournonville Grigorieff, Marine gained valuable experience at reputable business law firms in mergers and acquisitions and aviation law matters (with a particular focus on litigation matters, including but not limited to denied boarding, flight cancellations and delays).In June 2025, Marine was elected trainee delegate and President of the Carrefour des stagiaires for a one‑year mandate, where she represented and advocated for the interests of junior lawyers within the Brussels bar.
