Bournonville Grigorieff

Marine Randoux joined the Brussels bar in 2022 and holds a Master of Laws from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where she developed a strong interest in corporate law.
Before joining Bournonville Grigorieff, Marine gained valuable experience at reputable business law firms in mergers and acquisitions and aviation law matters (with a particular focus on litigation matters, including but not limited to denied boarding, flight cancellations and delays).
In June 2025, Marine was elected trainee delegate and President of the Carrefour des stagiaires for a one‑year mandate, where she represented and advocated for the interests of junior lawyers within the Brussels bar.
