Hannah is a Chartered Legal Executive and Claims Manager in the Litigation Team at Strata Solicitors, having joined the firm in 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, she has developed a robust expertise in handling liability claims across various sectors. Her professional journey includes significant tenures at Mills and Reeves, Kennedys, and Weightmans, where she honed her skills in managing complex claims and advising clients on policy indemnity issues.

Since joining Strata, Hannah has excelled as a Claims Manager, focusing on multi-track cases and managing claims up to £1 million. Her role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of liability claims, including those related to Motor, Employers’, and Public Liability Insurance policies, while providing strategic advice on policy indemnity issues. Prior to her current position, Hannah gained valuable experience at Mills and Reeves, Kennedys, and Weightmans, where she developed her expertise in handling claims ranging from low value to large loss and sub-catastrophic claims. Throughout her career, she has also supervised junior colleagues, leading small sub-teams of 3-4 individuals.

Hannah has extensive experience in liability claims management across various sectors, including Local Government, NHS Resolution/Healthcare, Marine, Beauty, and Construction. She possesses a specialist interest in Employers’ and Public Liability Insurance policy claims within local government and healthcare sectors and has significant exposure to claims from the care industry, particularly in care homes.

Her comprehensive understanding of these industries enables her to effectively manage and advise on complex liability claims.
