1. Successful internal progression programme:

We have an established technical progression programme where candidates are invited to apply for a space on the programme. Following an interview and file audit, successful candidates are the put through an accelerated learning course, developing their technical legal skills in their chose area.

2. Training Contract Programme:

We have an established training contract programme which is open to internal candidates only. Funded by the business, our trainees have the ability to qualify as a Solicitor through the traditional Training Contract or the SQE.

3. Emerging Leaders Course:

The course is designed to identify and develop future leaders within the organisation. This programme focuses on enhancing the leadership skills and capabilities of employees, preparing them for advanced roles and responsibilities.
