Chris Sturridge-Packer is an experienced Solicitor with over 17 years of industry experience. As Director of Strata Solicitors Ltd, A Gallagher Bassett Company, his expertise in legal claims management and client relations ensures premium service delivery and innovative legal solutions. Chris excels in developing legal claims solutions particularly in the areas of motor, liability and property claims, he has a particular strength in developing innovative lawyer-led claims programmes, for commercial and insurer clients. Chris is best known for his deep expertise in recovery claims, driving superior outcomes.

Chris began his legal career as a Paralegal handling high value claims at a national law firm in July 2008, a role he held for nearly three years, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation. In April 2011, Chris transitioned to Strata Solicitors Limited as a Technical Claims Handler, further honing his skills in litigation and claims management over a period of two years. Progressing through the ranks, Chris became Strata Solicitors’ first Trainee Solicitor in April 2013 and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2014. His dedication and expertise in the firm’s recovery offering led to his promotion to Claims Manager in March 2016, a position he held until July 2018, where he managed complex claims and led a highly successful team of legal professionals. Chris's career continued to ascend as he took on the role of Head of Product - Recovery & Litigation from August 2018 to August 2022. In this role, he was instrumental in the implementation and development of Stata’s defendant litigation offering. Currently, as a Director since August 2022, Chris leads the firm's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
